What is “No, I Want RED”?
A funny, yet moving one-woman show of original lyrics, music, jazz and
comedy – “No, I Want RED” is the story of one woman Boomer’s journey
through life, work, marriage and the eternal quest for youth – or at
least graceful maintenance! Born in Brooklyn but living in LA, Ronnie
Jayne is an established singer/pianist/entertainer/songwriter whose songs
in the show range from Jazz to 60’s Rock, Disco and a comic tribute
to Elvis. Her favorite audience consists of Boomer men and Women of
All Ages! They really get it!
After her very successful appearance at LA’s “The Jazz Bakery”, Ronnie
took her show on tour. She just completed a terrific run at the Laurie
Beechman Theatre, 407 W. 42nd Street, NY, NY.
The show is always changing! If something happens in the news or pop
culture, you can bet Ronnie Jayne will be writing a song about it, and
performing it the next day!
